The story of KWT Technology dates back to 2004, when it was founded by Dicky Khoo under its original name -- K-Wang Machinery Trading. Dicky Khoo, born in 1974 in Layang-Layang, Johor, Malaysia, developed a strong interest in machinery and electronics from a young age.

In high school, he began exploring the intricacies of various electronic circuits and integrated circuits. In 1994, he moved to Kuala Lumpur to work as a technician for a Singaporean company, which marked the start of his professional career.

This experience not only allowed him to accumulate valuable technical expertise but also laid a solid foundation for his future entrepreneurial journey.

In 1997, Dicky, along with his two brothersKhoo Boon Lam, who has a background in electronic engineering, and another siblingco-founded K-Wang Machinery Trading. The company initially focused on wholesaling car remote control devices, electric gates, and automated systems. Driven by their passion for machinery and commitment to electronic engineering, they quickly established a solid foothold in the market.
